Вот смотри что в boot.cmd присутствует

На всякий случай в файле /boot/armbianEnv.txt удали строку относящуюся к console
Ну вроде все должно работать
mkimage делать не надо

Как вариант измени

Не вышло.
Сделал в точности всё по инструкции. Не идёт на ttyS0. Рекомпилировал boot.scr. Его содержимое проверил, оно полностью повторяет boot.cmd. В файле armbianEnv.txt закоментировал console и verbosity. Сначала в этом же файле verbosity сам устанавливал на 0 но каждый раз при перезагрузке значение возвращалось в 7. Интересно, что его возвращает? После этого я его тоже закомментировал.
На всякий случай..
Клавиатура подключена по usb. Она точно работает. Делал в сессии ssh команду - sudo conspy 1 там видно что клавиатура печатает. К порту ttyS0 подключен дисплей, на котором виден процесс загрузки до приглашения ввести login. Я на этот порт посылал символы с помощью комманды - echo cvcfuj > /dev/ttyS0 символы отображаются. Значит дисплей и порт ttyS0 тоже нормально работают. Что блин ему надо?
Может пригодится содержимое папки /boot:

А может так быть, что в файле грамматические ошибки? Символы не те или наоборот пропущена запятая где-либо. В boot.cmd? Напимер вот смотрю я и вижу, что местами перед fi стоит ; а местами нет. Я только изучаю сейчас shell поэтому толком не понимаю пока-что.

Сейчас переустанавливаю систему, как закончу настрою вывод на ttyS0 и выложу необходимые файлы

Мучался с тем, что на готовом образе Armbian 5.25 не работала CSI камера (gc2035) , пробовал собирать из исходников - тоже самое. Решил проблему сл. образом:
1) Собрал образ Armbian5.20 из исходников ( https://github.com/igorpecovnik/lib/archive/v2016.09.tar.gz )
     [b]P.S.[/b]: Можно взять готовый ( https://dl.armbian.com/orangepipc/archive/Armbian_5.20_Orangepipc_Debian_jessie_3.4.112_desktop.7z), но инет на работе слабоват, поэтому собирал
2) Залил образ и загрузился
3) После начальной инициализации обновился до 5.25
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
4) reboot и все работает

В результате этих манипуляций первоначальный (итоговый для 5.25)файл /boot/boot.cmd (во вложении boot.cmd.old)
Убрал в нем вывод в tty1 (во вложении boot.cmd)
Сделал mkimage - все работает, на tty1  вывод при загрузке не идет

Если ты все операторы пишешь в одну строку, то разделяешь их ;, если каждый оператор в отдельной строке, то разделитель не нужен

Вот вопрос...а для zero это годится? У меня ttyS0 это отдельно выведенный "дебаг".

Установил систему из файла на сайте 4pda. Обновлялся исключительно через apt-get.
Вывод dmesg грепнутый uart и console такой же...Только в uart ещё добавлены ttyS1 и ttyS2. Но они не пересекаются по прерываниям.
   Хотел бы я заглянуть в script.bin, да не знаю как. Как это сделать?
